Tidal Range FREE DELIVERY is available on all items within the UK. The expected delivery time is 3-7 working days.
To get FREE DELIVERY, you must choose this as your delivery option in the checkout area.
If you select the FREE DELIVERY option, we will dispatch all your items together when they are all in stock.
If any order is delayed, we will wait for 5 working days, then send any items we do have in stock. The delayed items will go onto back order and will be dispatched on arrival at no further delivery charge.
If you pay for Priority Delivery, we will dispatch the items we have in stock straight away.
Any orders received after 2pm (UK Time) or during the weekend will be dispatched the following working day.
Delivery times may vary depending on where the goods are being sent to and the Delivery service that has been selected.

Returns
Any product may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for goods of equal value if returned unused within 7 days of receipt.
Each returned item must be accompanied by a copy of the customer's original receipt, original packaging, relevant warranties, contact details and a covering letter explaining the reasons for the return and the required course of action.
In the event that the items are faulty, then a replacement item will be sent or the item will be forwarded to the manufacturer for resolution. In either event you will be informed of the course of action taken.
We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery. Tidal Range will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
All shipping back to Tidal Range is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund your postal fees.
Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded within the time stated above and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover our administration costs. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customers expense.
Discounted, clearance or end of line products can only be returned for repair. No refunds of replacements will be made.
