All prices are shown in pounds sterling, and Tidal Range Ltd reserves the right to change any advertised prices at any time.

All products are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be advised of an alternative.

Delivery is free for UK mainland customers only. Overseas customers should ask for a delivery charge quotation.

Payment can be made by Paypal or any major credit or debit card. Payment to be received before goods are dispatched.

Should there be a delay in dispatch then we will notify you, you will be advised of the expected delivery date or if the product is no longer available.

We will endeavour to take all reasonable care, in so far as it possible to do so, to keep all details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering online.

In the event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us via email orders@tidalrange.co.uk. In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. Goods received damaged or faulty please retain the product and contact us within 7 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the item to be exchanged.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of receipt of the goods, without giving a reason. You must bear the costs of returning the goods to us. A refund will be given immediately we receive the goods in good condition.

Should you ever have cause to make a complaint, please email us at orders@tidalrange.co.uk, we guarantee to respond within five working days.

None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We are unable to make refund or exchanges on sales unless the goods are faulty.

We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event. A Force Majeure Event includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation).
